Add your own exercise - what do you already use?

 The Reflect Make My Day course builds on the strengths, understanding, and appreciation of what already works in school, which is a key part of the REFLECT program philosophy. The development of practices through the cooperation of the schools participating in the pilot program aims at modeling this approach.
