Increasingly, professionals are dealing with complex issues relating to young people. This course will establish reflective and communication skills that are essential if we are to succeed in transforming our society and preparing young people for the democratic challenges ahead.

Increasingly teachers and social workers are responding constructively to new challenges in cities with young people of divergent socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.
This course is primarily intended to support the integration of dialogue principles in youth professionals in order to stimulate young people’s trust in democratic institutions and values. These tools can transform discussions into an enriching learning experience in order to promote civic participation
