What is the WHY project?

WHY (We Hear You) is an Erasmus + project which aims to provide a basis for an improved culture amongst professionals as well as structures that will support democratic dialogue and youth involvement in order to promote civic participation, create participatory mechanisms, thus preventing marginalisation and its negative effects on individuals and society.

One of the objectives of the WHY project is to develop training tools for youth professionals


How can I use these courses?

Individuals

If you are an individual (teacher, youth professional) you can follow these courses at your own pace. First, you need to register to our platform and then enrol to one or both courses.

Teams

The ideal scenario is to deliver these courses to your team of professionals. For each course, a trainer's guide is available to download in the introduction.

Organisations

If you represent an organisation and wish to host the courses on your own e-learning platform you can download the courses in LMS format (link soon will be available). You are free to modify and extend the courses according to your organisation's needs. We kindly ask you to send us your feedback and evaluation of the courses.

 Increasingly professionals are dealing with complex issues relating to young people. This course will establish reflective and communication skills that are essential if we are to succeed in transforming our society and preparing young people for the democratic challenges ahead.

This course is primarily intended to support the integration of dialogue principles in youth professionals in order to stimulate young people’s trust in democratic institutions and values.
